Two brilliant stars feature .70 carat total weight of diamonds. The stars are reversible with diamonds on both sides in two different configurations. The reverse side looks amazing with a birthstone or any stone of your choice substituted for the center stone. A great way to personalize this design.

Please Note: This design includes a 16", 18" or 20" Cable Chain in your choice of 14k Yellow or White Gold. The pendant and necklace combination are also available in 18K Yellow or White Gold, Sterling Silver, and Platinum. Please see below for price variations.
